At Calvary Overland, we are committed to delivering a top-notch experience for all participants. Please review the following terms regarding cancellations and refunds.

Full Refund Eligibility:
Cancellations made to info@calvaryoverland.com, 60 days or more before the event start date are eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the event.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving your cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Event Modifications:
Calvary Overland reserves the right to reschedule or modify the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, or staffing shortages. If the event is rescheduled, participants will have the option to transfer their registration to the new date or receive a full refund.
No-Show Policy:
Failure to attend the event without prior cancellation notice will be considered a "no-show" and will not be eligible for a refund.
